Free yourself and let peace and joy fill your life!
Free yourself from your expectations (Note: expectations are different than standards and boundaries), others' opinions (Note: only look more into the opinions that you find to be a pattern - I learned this from James Clear - and opinions from those you trust), toxic environments, toxic people, and other situations that harm you instead of help you. Yes, good things do come from bad circumstances and experiences. It is also important to challenge yourself and step out of your comfort zone because that is the only way to grow. However, there are times where difficulty is not necessary and it causes more harm than good in the long run. If these difficulties are avoidable, you should choose to avoid them.
Looking at the long term is so important when trying to figure out what to give your time to and what not to give your time to. You can ask yourself this question --> "What is this leading me to?" For example, if you are overworking yourself and experiencing burnout, you will get more work done in the short term, but in the long term you will have this unhealthy habit you formed, your mind will probably trick you into thinking you are lazy when experiencing burnout, and you will feel less productive as your body needs more time to rest.
Keep these ideas in mind. Think about them more. Step into a new season in your life... Free Yourself!
