Friday Focus! Each Friday, I will be challenging you to focus on something. This Friday's Focus is hope.
Hope can be accessed anywhere at anytime. The important part is to find hope in even the most difficult places, you need to change your mindset. If you are pessimistic and are dwelling in your pain, you will not find a lot of hope or even any there. Change your perspective and mindset on your life and the circumstances you have been in and the circumstances you are currently in. Look on your life, yourself, and the world with a hopeful and joyful growth mindset. True joy, hope, and gratitude don't deny pain and suffering. Instead, they see it, accept it, and understand it as trials. Then, joy, hope, and gratitude work through pain and suffering in order to get past them, instead of running from them. Joy, hope, and gratitude bring you to your best self.

Embrace a new hopeful perspective and mindset not just today, but everyday. Look for at least 3 reasons to be hopeful each day, everyday! Starting your day off with hope is powerful. Then, remind yourself of these reasons for hope throughout the day, each day.
