Community is Powerful

Loving everyone and treating everyone with kindness and respect is so important, even those who haven't been kind to us. We don't have to like everyone, but we do have to love everyone. However, there are people out there for you! A community with an empty spot that only you can fill. We are all unique individuals and offer something beautiful and different from each other. If we learn to reach out to others and form a community with those who we connect with, we can change the world for the better. There are multiple communities you can be apart of like a service organization, a church, etc. Make sure the community you are apart of will serve our overall community of human beings. If your community does that, we can change the world for the better.

Think of some of your best memories. What did they entail? Why do you consider them your best memories? These memories were probably shared with family, friends, a partner, or even a stranger. People are so important in our life and in our memories. Our lives are filled with relationships. They must be important! The common phrase is "iron sharpens iron." This phrase is used when talking about who you surround yourself with. Surrounding yourself with good people that will help you grow is super important! Surrounding yourself with a good community that will help you grow and that can lead to positive change in the world is very important! Find a community/communities for you and start making a difference!

With Thanksgiving being tomorrow, we should especially think of and pray for those who are alone this holiday. A type of community is family and friends and a lot of people don't have that. Let's be grateful and loving as well as welcoming. If you are apart of a community, don't close your doors, open them wide so others can feel the warmth of the light of love.
