Friday Focus: Learn/Experience Something New

Take a step back from the ordinary to give yourself a chance to find the extraordinary!

Sometimes learning/experiencing something new can give you a breath of fresh air especially if you are stuck in a humdrum daily routine and your environment has become uninspiring.

 

Some new activities you could incorporate into your life are:

-Read more (read different genres you wouldn't normally read)

-Spend more time traveling and in nature

-Meet new people

-Join a new club or organization

-Start a new hobby (like playing an instrument, journaling, walking, etc.)

-Try a new sport

-Research and learn more about a topic you don't know too much about

 

The list of activities you could try goes on and on. Take a step into the unknown. Good things tend to be uncomfortable at first.

 

Today's Challenge:

Try something new! This will probably be out of your comfort zone, but don't let that hold you back.

 

Ongoing Challenge:

Try to incorporate new activities into your life at least every week!
