Find a place that brings you joy and spend time there at least once each day!

Find a place that brings you peace and joy. I enjoy spending time in nature and by the ocean! The people you surround yourself with can also make all the difference. Be wise with how much time you allot to certain activities, people, and places. Today's focus is mainly on places, so take that into extra consideration today and every day. The more you make spending time in your happy place a habit, the more your days will be positive and cheerful. This will hopefully have a positive effect on your overall mood, mental health, and life. Your environment has a big effect on you, so take this seriously. Here are some ideas for happy places:
