Patience will help you more than you know. Use it.
Be patient in all you do. If someone is upsetting you, the environment is annoying you, you have a headache, etc. (the list could go on and on), stay patient. Treat every trouble or difficulty you face as a challenge or a trial that will allow you to improve and learn. Challenges lead to the best growth. Next time you are faced in a frustrating situation, like your sibling or boss is annoying you, accept it. You control your reaction to this event. Stay calm. Stay steady. Stay patient. Trust in yourself that you can do this.
In addition, be patient when it comes to improving in the long-term and achieving your goals and dreams. Remember that consistency and discipline is better and more beneficial than short bursts of motivation here and there. It takes patience to be consistent and to have discipline. If results aren't coming your way even after lots of work and practice, you should see if your methods of practice are effective, if you have actually practiced enough, if you aren't taking proper rest and breaks, if you are overworking yourself, and/or if you have to continue to work and be patient. Patience is sometimes the answer people don't look for. Lots of people overlook it willingly or unwillingly. Don't be like these people.
Think and act wisely. Don't rush anything. Be patient.
