"He who is brave is free." - Seneca

Being brave amidst fear, chaos, and temptation is very difficult to do. Having integrity, upholding justice, being kind, being merciful, standing up for what you know is right, loving yourself and others, upholding your values, and trying to be the best person you can be all require courage and bravery. By choosing to be brave, you are choosing to do what you SHOULD do instead of choosing what is SAFE to do. Fear inhibits us. It never leads to good things. Fear is like a cage and keeps you from true freedom.

Remember that you can start right now, wherever you are in life. It is never too late. Choose to be brave and it will become a habit. Eventually, it will be a virtue within your character. Also, keep in mind that action creates motivation. Take action now no matter how you feel or any doubts you have. Fear will be knocking on your door at some point in your life, so learn to live with it.

Be brave and you will be set free... free of fear and all the bad things it leads to (ego, jealousy, hatred, laziness, etc.). You can do it!
