Why are mental skills important?
Our mindset shapes how we view ourselves, others, and the world. How we see and intepret different situations will heavily impact how we respond. If we want to change how we act, we must first change how we think... aka our mindset.
We are bound to face challenges in sports and life, and mental skills are important to work through these challenges, overcome them, and to learn properly from them.
